1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms have the meanings described below:

• "Platform" — bd566's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. Or, if you deposit ৳12,000, you receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x, applicable on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place bets worth ৳10,000 (= ৳1,000 × 10) before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is not calculated on the combined amount of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses can only be used in games and betting sections designated by bd566.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, bd566 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

bd566's VIP program has five levels: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback 0.3%; Silver — maximum 0.6%; Gold — maximum 0.9%; Platinum — maximum 1.2%; Diamond — maximum 1.5%. Levels are upgraded based on active play. The benefits and terms of each level are subject to change.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If the bet process is interrupted due to a technical error, bd566 reserves the right to review the situation and make a decision.

6.2 Determining Results

The results of all sports events will only be considered final after being confirmed from official sources. Game and slot results are determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG).

6.3 Erroneous Games and Quotes

bd566 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or quotes. Any rewards given due to a software error may be withdrawn.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities described below are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Participating in fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated betting.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Coordinated betting activities within the same family or group.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, bd566 may suspend or permanently cancel the account without prior notice and forfeit all associated balances.
